Paul Abel illegally arrests a civilian shopping at Farmer's Market over a simple facemask design dispute.
Pittsburg cop, Paul Abel threatens to taser a civilian, and then proceeds to arrest him over a verbal dispute. The cop illegally searches the man's bag, illegally tries to identify him, and detains him in handcuffs for about an hour before he was released. The civilian was charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to identify to law enforcement. The cops is fired due to multiple policy violations. The cop appeals the firing, but that appeal was denied.
