Predator cops with San Rafael police beat a civilian enjoying life after a hard day's work.
What a pathetic excuse of a police department. It is so unreal to witness an innocent civilian get so badly beaten by a female cop on a power trip. What these videos repeatedly prove is just how violent cops truly are at their core. If this is what we are capturing on video every single day, just imagine what these terrorist cops truly get away with on a daily basis. So very sad.
