NYC cop was heavily intoxicated when he plowed his Jeep into a string of parked cars. The cop gets out, and starts firing his gun in the air.
NYC cop, Efrain Alejandro, had a nice night of drinking when he decided to get behind the wheel of his Jeep and go on a joy ride. After he plowed into multiple parked cars destroying his Jeep, he then exits his vehicle and begins shooting his gun toward the sky to clear all the people surrounding him from calling the police.
