This department is so small, they cannot afford to loose any cops. As a result, the DA decided to let these cops free on the streets. No punishments, no dicipline for the killing of this man. |
Honolulu cops loose their patience and kill a man as he stood their in his own driveway at home.
Sad to know a cop can arrive on scene, escalate a situation, draw their firearms, and randomly begin shooting in dark neighborhoods without any idea who they are going after. Those same dangerous cops are still on the streets today, ready to kill another civilian who they disagree with.
