Civilian is electrocuted by dangerous cop, dana elmore, over a flat tire on the side of a busy highway.
Micha Washington and his girlfriend pulled over on the side of a main highway to change a tire. Minutes later, this violent machine with Reform police department arrive on scene (dana elmore - pictured left holding the gun). This cop proceeds to tie the civilian up, taser him multiple times, and starts asking threatening questions, like "Do you want it again?"
