Cop Chris Pullease attacks a suspect already in custody and then chokes another officer who tried so stop the first attack.
Christopher Pullease lost his temper with a suspect who was in handcuffs and inside the back of a patrol car. As expected, the suspect was uncooperative with Christopher's agressive behavior. The cop then looses his temper and begins to attack the suspect and deploy pepper spray. A female officer stepped in to stop this attack, so Christopher Pullease turned his attention away from the suspect and began to choke out the female officer who intervened.
