Officer in uniform, passed out drunk behind the wheel of a police cruiser with the engine running. Internal affairs documents show his BAC was .430 (almost 5 times the legal limit). A civilian called 9-1-1, and responding officers had to break the window to gain access to the vehicle. This officer was never given a field sobriety test. His blood was never drawn after the event, and he was never charged for any crimes at all.
